two paths were created in the workflow depending on the decision (approved, declined) along with the reason for such a decision. How to get information about what decisions have been made if the tickets are already in later statuses?

Not sure I follow the question. If it was either approved or declined, I wouldn't think it would be in later status if it was declined.
