Dear Team,
we have licensed JIRA service desk but we installed a trial version and trying to setup on a local Intranet network.I have created a new test project and created 2 user. however i m trying to access the the customer portal using like the below URL its getting error "Site Cannot be reached".
http://<computer_name_or_IP_address>:<HTTP_port_number>/jira/servicedesk/customer/portals
I used the same configuration,connected to internet and using the same URL its working fine .I can able to access the customer portal and can be create request and all.Please help to resolve the issue
This is a problem with your internal network - it's either blocking the route, or not routing from your machine to the server.
