The notifications regarding SLA are sent by an automation rule.
If it's the built-in Automation, the notification is sent by the Project email address.
If it's a classic project, you can find and change the address on Project settings > Notifications.
If it's next-gen, Project settings > Notifications > Notification email.
Note that, it's necessary to verify the domain in order to change the address. More details and the steps to do that, please check the documentation below:
Now, if you are using Project automation (formerly Automation for Jira add-on), the email is sent by the add-on and this address it's not possible to change.
