how to assign group to ticket by way of workflow

Hi
I'm wanting to create a workflow that will be attached to a specific type of issue and I have some difficulties understanding how to attached the groups in the workflow.

exsample: QA Team -> R&D Team -> Management Team

is it possible or there is some way to do something similar?

Community Leaders are connectors, ambassadors, and mentors. On the online community, they serve as thought leaders, product experts, and moderators.

Workflows are not associated with teams they are associated with issuetypes. With that said you could design your workflows around the team concept.

for example:

  • Issuetype = Story for DEV team/workflow
  • issuetype = Test for QA team/workflow
  • issuetype = Task for management/ workflow

If you then want to restrict who can access these by groups you could consider Issue Security. But unsure if that is required.
