Community Leaders are connectors, ambassadors, and mentors. On the online community, they serve as thought leaders, product experts, and moderators.
If you are using a local directory and not an AD you can reset the password of any user from the user management then select the user, on the top right you should then have action > set password.
Your account has to be an admin account.
If you forgot the password of the only admin user you can follow this KB.
You can also try to click on forgot password to reset it if you have a mail server configured.
