"While analyzing the audit logs for xxxxx@xxxxx.com (email)I noticed that there aren't any rejected messages, so this means that Jira has not even read those messages. As this inbox is a custom one, it's important to mention that Jira only read messages which are on the inbox folder and marked as unread. So, in case the messages are not inside the inbox folder or anyone else reads the messages before than Jira, then those messages it will not be processed by JIRA Service Desk."
