the email request configuration to receive emails on a specific email adress has a whitelist option.
when trying to use this option, i get an generic error.
when trying to see the logs of the email address i get 'Fetch call failed with status code: 401'
I'm site-admin on the suite so i should have this rights.
the reason for this, is an email that is not being registerd on the email adress. so the ticket is never created. this is when create a ticket from service now.
