display assignee on the issue when the customer sees it from the customer portal

I would like the customer to be able to see the assignee (the name of the agent in short) when the customer sees the issue from the customer portal. It seems that on jira cloud it is impossible to do this, even with the use of plugins (I have tried two and none work).

@Katarzyna Pawlak _Appsvio_  is exactly what I was looking for, and what many customers ask me for, thank you. I have solved this need in the meantime but I want to try it out later, perhaps on my personal jira cloud instance, the plugin I like and I can make other proposals to my customers.
