customers don't receive notifications when issue assignee someone

Hi, when customers create a ticket from customer portal they receive a notification, but when someone assignee this issue customer does not receive any notification. I want to customer receive notification when someone assignee their issues

Hi @Nodar Vardiashvili 

This could be done with a custom notification.  If you go to Project settings > Customer notifications you can set this up.  The below guide will also help:

HI, I add it but I think it's only if I add it in the workflow. Also, I cannot change the template for this notification
