Hi, when customers create a ticket from customer portal they receive a notification, but when someone assignee this issue customer does not receive any notification. I want to customer receive notification when someone assignee their issues
This could be done with a custom notification. If you go to Project settings > Customer notifications you can set this up. The below guide will also help:
