Hi. New to Jira Service Management. I have setup custom email in my project and it said it connected successfully. I sent an email from company email address to new support email setup in that project. Email log shows
"your request could not be created. Please check the fields have been correctly filled in. Please provide a value for required field 'Product Type'."
I do have custom fields on my form that are mandatory such as 'Product Type'.
I do not see anywhere where I can set a default value when an email comes in.
Any suggestions? Thanks - Craig

Sounds like Product Type is required to create the issue. Please updated the request type that the email is associated with to only require summary and description. The issue will go through from email then.
