I want to create an automatic answer fot the issues that are created in no labor days or in hours out of work.
I know how to create an automatic answer, but I dont know how to make que SQL for get the SLA calendar and get this no labor days.

Assuming you have an SLA called "Time to first response" and your project is called e.g. IT Service Desk, you could use the following query:
project = ITSD AND "Time to first response" != withinCalendarHours()
