automation update customfield

Trying to update a customfield  from the description field.

 

"fields"

   "customfield_10100" : [ "summary" : "description.match(Printer-\d+)" ]

the log says succsess but the customfield is empty.

Any ideas?

Hi @Martin Svensson 

Can you try updating the "customfield_10100" with just "description" just to narrow down the problem if it is with string matching or something else.

If you use a `Log Action` and print the value of `description.match(Printer-\d+)` does that show the right expected value? 

Also can you share more details on the `customfield` - the type etc so that we can confirm that you are updating the right attribute in your custom field.
