I am designing a workflow for my company
I set a rule that when issue is created , automation transits to next transition
but it faces error
what should I do?

Could you share the rule and even more important the error? It could be a lot of things so the error might give us a clue.
A more basic question- are you transitioning all created issues upon create? If so, why? Why not simply make the desired status be the initial status?
