Hallo,
we have a Service Management Projekt where the tickets have als an E-Mail Tab under "Activities" (possible because of the plugin "Email this issue"... )
If we send an E-Mail from the ticket the outgoing mail will be indicated here.
We see however no option to have also the incoming mails here.
It would be sometimes useful if we could answer and forward the incoming mail as an E-Mail ...
Has somebody an idea or a workaround how to collect incoming / outgoing mails in this section?
