Saludos! fabian.

Hola @Fabian Ariel Schiavello ,

Yes it is possible to give a user access to just one project.

You do have to grant the user licensed product access to Jira Software or Jira Service Management, as you discovered.

Beyond that you would have to add the user to a separate user group that grants them access to the product and to the one project, and remove them from any user group that grants them access to any other projects.

In addition you would have to double check the Permission Schemes for your Company Managed projects to see if any of those give the Browse Projects permission to "Any Logged In User" or "Application Access" or "Public". The user would also be able to see those projects. The Permission Schemes would have to be changed in that case.

Also, if you have Team Managed projects on your system you would need to check the Access settings for those projects. As described here:

...if those projects are set to Open or Limited access then the user would be able to see those also.

read access to a single project filter

Good afternoon, how are you? I ask you a question, I need to be able to give an external user access reading permissions for a filter that I create from a project, the problem is that when I give them permission to see the filter and the project cannot see it, unless I add it to the Jira Service Management products or Jira Software. What happens is that when I give the user access to any of the 2 mentioned products, it gives them the possibility to view many more projects than the one I wanted them to have access to.
Is there a possibility to give it access only to the filter that I create without giving it access to the other projects?
From already thank you very much,
Greetings! fabian.
