Has anyone migrated from Zendesk to JIRA Service Desk?

Hi,

We did not migrate from Zendesk to JIRA Service Desk. But, We are migrating to a different system.

Download the data from Zendesk is a painful task. It's very difficult to get JIRA data from Zendesk to compare or Reconcile if you are using the Plug-in.  Zendesk Plug-in is really sucked.

In case you still haven't migrated from Zendesk to Jira Service Desk, there is an integration available in the Atlassian marketplace: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1218450/zendesk-to-jira-service-desk-migration?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

The data migration is fully automated; you can move Tickets, Contacts, Organizations, Agents, Attachments, Notes, Tags, and Custom Fields from Zendesk to Jira.

They also offer a free demo migration, for the customers to see the process and check if the result is correct.
