Hi @Sri Ganesh Babu Donadula ,

That seems like a field on the screen is mandatory that you have no filled in (or doesn't have a default value).

  1. On your Request type linked to your mail handler you should only have the summary and description as mandatory.
  2. Make sure there are no other fields set as mandatory on that issue type , otherwise you'll have to give them a default value on the Request Type. 

Only summary is mandatory. Can you please help to resolve the issue.

No. Only summary is marked as mandatory.

My last guess then..

Do you have any conditions/validators set up on your create transition?

Check the workflow to see if there is anthing on the transition from Create to your first state.
