In customer portal i have two fields named as primary technical contact and secondary technical contact,my requirement is i added them as fields but when I am trying to create a request i am able to see on primary contact drop drown i am unable to see secondary contact drop down. Could please tell me when I added both at a time for field drop down coming and another field i couldn't see drop down. Please help me out, could please suggest me what is the error.

Perhaps this is because of context configuration for field "Secondary technical contact" that prevents this field from showing in the portal. Can you go to Settings > Issues > Custom fields and search for the field "Secondary technical contact". Then click on the triple dot and select this:
