Tip: the Jira / Jira Service Desk Server and Data Center installers are the same file; it's the license you apply in-product that determines if it's a Data Center instance or not.

It's gone again. If I go to that link, click 4.7.1, I only see Windows, Mac, and Linux installers, no zip.

Interesting. I'm not sure why it's not visible in the version picker, but the file is still available. Here's the direct link to the zip:

By changing the version number or extension, you can access any of the files in the archive. The naming scheme is consistent across releases.
