Where is the archive file for a manual upgrade to Jira Service Desk (4.7.1) Data Center (Jira 8.7.1)

Hi Christopher, welcome to the Community!

To save you some clicks, here's a direct link to the archive file for Jira Service Desk 4.7.1. For future archive downloading needs, here's the path to follow to obtain your own:

1. The download link will take you to a download page that you'll have to click a "view all versions" for - skip that by making the end of the URL /update - example:
   https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/service-desk/update
2. The most recent version is auto-selected. You can use the "View all versions" link to pick a different one, otherwise choose "TAR.GZ Archive" from the list (or ZIP if you're on a Windows system)
   
3. Click the Get Started button to agree to the license terms and download the version of Jira you're after

Tip: the Jira / Jira Service Desk Server and Data Center installers are the same file; it's the license you apply in-product that determines if it's a Data Center instance or not.

It's gone again.  If I go to that link, click 4.7.1, I only see Windows, Mac, and Linux installers, no zip.

Interesting. I'm not sure why it's not visible in the version picker, but the file is still available. Here's the direct link to the zip:

https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/downloads/binary/atlassian-servicedesk-4.7.1.zip

By changing the version number or extension, you can access any of the files in the archive. The naming scheme is consistent across releases.
