Hi I'm trying to find a template on Jira which is mentioned in this link https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/change-management-817562147.html however I can't seem to find it please can someone advise?

@Becks Vanstone, you can find this via the Workflows menu.

project > Workflows > Add Workflow > Choose from Marketplace then in the search bar type "change" you will find "Change management for Jira Service Desk".
