I switch to Jira Service Desk and I'm in my projects. There is no link for any portals. Going into a project takes me directly to the queue. There is no link for the portal here. I can go into Project Settings. There is no link to the portal. I go into Portal Settings and click on View and Customize, and this takes me to the portal. Why not make this easier to access from anywhere in JSD?

Hi Jeremy,

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
To access the portal, you can go to the project and click on Channels > Help center.

Also, the default link to the portal is https://xxxxxxxxx.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals
As you are a licensed user, you can access the portal by clicking on "View customer request" on any ticket and also, by clicking on "View request form" on any request type that you are editing, or even on Portal settings to edit the project.
The customer portal was made for customers to access to create and view tickets, that's why there is no direct button on all service desk pages for agents.

If you have any other question, please let us know.

Regards,
Angélica
