What options do I have for connecting external reporting tools in use case reporting?

What options do I have for connecting external reporting tools in use case reporting?

In our case we are looking at Jira Service Management (Data Center version)

The system should offer the possibility to connect to an external reporting tool (PowerBI and Co.).

Thanks in Advance for any tips.

@Morten Dieckmann-Keden -

I would agreed with what Randy mentioned of using EasyBI (it is a third party paid add-on) for your env.

Take a look at this link (Note this is for Jira Data Center env.  Jira Server env will be out of support by Atlassian in Feb 2024, so you need to consider to move your env to Data Center now.  Many marketplace vendors are also stopping their support for the server env too)  - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211051/eazybi-reports-and-charts-for-jira?hosting=datacenter&tab=overview

For PowerBI - Here are a few links for your reference:

Third party paid add-on - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1221150/power-bi-connector-for-jira?tab=overview&hosting=datacenter&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=sn_pbi_jira_us&utm_vendorID=1216274&utm_term=how%20to%20connect%20power%20bi%20to%20jira&hsa_acc=5924481196&hsa_cam=17859100276&hsa_grp=137284966537&hsa_ad=612775040817&hsa_src=g&hsa_tgt=kwd-919555179784&hsa_kw=how%20to%20connect%20power%20bi%20to%20jira&hsa_mt=e&hsa_net=adwords&hsa_ver=3&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIl9Li36SW_gIVkwR9Ch3C9QTfEAAYASAAEgKYVfD...

Hope this helps.
