What happened to the "import external project" function. It seems to have dissapeared.

The import external project suddenly ends up in a dead link. What is wrong here ?

Somehow the importer plugin was disabled, reason why is unclear. Support enabled it again for me. It is working again. Thanx.

Ben, what's the URL you are using to access it? The correct URl shoud be:

https://example.atlassian.net/secure/admin/views/ExternalImport1.jspa

This URL shouldn't give you any errors. If you still have errors those please open a support ticket at https://support.atlassian.com so we can investigate further.

Regards,
Marlon

Hi Ben,

Import external project is restricted for OnDemand as currently, this is only available for JIRA hosted product.

But this page from your own documentation (https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Importing+Issues) explains how to import data on the OnDemand version. And it was working a few weeks ago. So I assume it can be done and the 404 i got is an error. Otherwise the system is completely useless for us.
