Weekly Summary of outstanding tickets.

Hi. I'd like to send a weekly email summary to our agents that advises them, in one email of all of their requests that includes the link and request summary that they have not updated in 21 days.

I've crated the JQL query successfully however at this time it responds on a per ticket basis. My preference is to schedule the query weekly, it consolidates all the tickets that meets the JQL condition and sends the email to the individual assignee (not all tickets for all assignees combined)

Any help would be appreciated

Hi Richard,

One option would be to use filter subscription and have that send out an email to the agents on a weekly basis. Another option would be to use automation to send a list of requests to each agent, you can use the list smart value in the email message to list all the issues.

Hi Mikael. This looks very promising and I will look into both options as they both seem viable.

Really appreciate your suggestions on this and I may come back with some questions on the "smart value" stuff but will search that separately. Thank you again
