for customers, is there a way where they can only see open issues? for example inside the project we can set up a queue to only see open issues so closed issues dont show. Is it possible for customers to do it through the portal view they have under the issues they created? It can be filter but is there a way to just have it show only the open issues when they look at the "Requests" box

On the customer portal, it’s not possible to edit the filters. Customers will be able to view all statuses and filter for Open and Closed requests as well.
