Vanishing Kanban/Scrum Boards with JSM

We had a Jira software project that had Scrum and Kanban boards which was converted to a Service type project. After the conversion the boards were no longer on the project UI but were will accessible via the board's URL.

Can someone explain why this happened and tell the best way to use boards with a JSM project?

Thank You,

Jim

This is expected, since JSM does not have that feature. You would need a JSW project in order to use the board and you can then modify the filter that board is using to bring in issues from the JSM project.

OK, I understand. We started with a JSW project, the boards disappeared from the JSW project because JSM does not have that feature.

Thanks,

Mikael
