I am using Jira Service Desk project and I am trying to figure out a way to contact third party vendors without using email, I want to be able to use Jira to communicate to vendors via Jira without also having to create an account for them.
We have very tight SLAs with our clients and we work with several vendors in order to solve issues, creating an account for each vendor will take up too much of our SLA time so i want to see how we can communicate with clients and vendors using Jira and without having to create an account each time we need to reach out to someone.
@Ryan Harper My favorite tool for this is Automation for Jira. I recommend it for 100% of my Jira Service Desk implementations because of its power, flexibility, and ease of use. It's now built into Cloud but still separate for the server platform.
