Hello Guys,
I have a service desk type project which has a user picker field on one of request form, in general its working fine for all of us, but for some users its showing up as text field.
What could be the possible issue ? The only possible issue I could think of is user permissions we have admin access to the project where as affected users have Service Desk Customers access.
Please suggest if anyone has encounter this problem.
Managed to figure our the issue, issue was with customers permission setting. Made the settings as in attached screenshot & all worked out.
