Hi,
We have integrated Jira Service Desk with AD, everything is working but one user which name was edited in AD.
Now is listed in Jira user administration but if we click on its name. An error is displayed. "Users does not exist".
Any ideas?

There should be a way under User Management > User Directories > *Edit* (Must be logged in with a local JIRA user) > Advanced Settings to Enable Incremental Synchronization and to "Update group memberships when logging in". Verify you have these enabled and go back to the User Directories screen. You should see the ability to to "Synchronise" which will update users information. Hopefully this will help you.
