I have some issue with some a user who are not able to log in the customer portal.
The user is member of a the same group than another user who can log in.
As admin, I go to User management and check the users. I don't understand is the following message that appears both for the 2 users, even the one who can log in.
What is also strange is that the user could log in and raise request on the portal in september. We haven't change anything in the Jira Service Desk settings.
Can somebody help me?
