Upper banner

When I use Jira Server, I love to use Upper banner for announce to common user.

But I can not find same feature from JSM cloud.

I searched same issue it from community.

In conclusion, I don't know how.

As my colleagues mentioned above, it's not possible in Jira cloud. But you can configure customized banners using our app Feature Bundle for Jira Service Management. This app also includes a lot of useful features for JSM, such as editing requests or presenting request steps on the Request Details View.

In our JSM (On-Prems) env, JSM system admins can attach banner announcement for each JSM project's portal UI by clicking on "Add announcement" button.  Don't know if that was what you are asking for.  Lastly, you can also add announcement at the main JSM portal page too.

it seems cloud version is differ from server version.

The below is my setting UI. I can't find it

Cloud and Server are totally different pieces of software, despite having the same name (and broad structure of Core, Software and Service-Management application options).

Both Cloud and Server Service-Management do indeed have banners for each portal, but Jira Core/Software Cloud do not have a general announcement banner for the whole system in the way that Jira Server does.
