Unauthorized (401) Error

Hi,

When some of our users try to access our Jira Service Desk to submit a ticket, they are getting an Unauthorized (401) message that says "Encountered a '401 - Unaturhozed' error while loading this page". However, trying with a different browser (or using Incognito in Chrome) works. This has happened to about 10 to 15 people so far. Is there a solution for this besides wiping cookies?

hi same thing happen this week. Deleting and adding user back didnt work. Private browser or other browser didnt work too.

Hi Nasir,

As per I could check on other similar cases, the issue is resolved by cleaning the cache.
Is it happening only on Chrome using the normal mode?
Also, please make sure to whitelist our IPs and domains:
- Atlassian Cloud IP ranges and domains
