Unable to see closed issues on my Kanban board

Jimit Mehta February 22, 2021

I created a Kanban board however i am still unable to see my old closed tickets.

There is no filter criteria i've used for this and also the option where it says "Hide completed issues older than" is set as "never mind, show all"

Could you please advice.

  1. Share your filter
  2. check that Closed (?) status is mapped in columns
  3. are you using the “Release” feature on your Kanban? Which removes done issues.

  1. Share your filter - (project = "Data Team Service Desk" OR project = "Data Projects") AND (assignee in (xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) OR reporter in (xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx)) ORDER BY Rank ASC
  2. check that Closed (?) status is mapped in columns - Yes mapped
  3. are you using the “Release” feature on your Kanban? Which removes done issues.

I am not sure as i did not undertand this part, but in "Kanban board sub-filter", i have - fixVersion in unreleasedVersions() OR fixVersion is EMPTY

Is that the issue?
