Unable to see bulk actions on Queues in Jira Service Desk

I am unable to see a check box to perform issue action on Queues in Jira Service Desk.

Not able to see check boxes on each of the issue in Queues page, can any one help me on resolving this issue, also I am unable to figure out any logs to this issue, please help me what needs to be verify on my side as why these check boxes are not appearing to perform bulk actions on each of issues.

Hi @Harinath T ,

So you mean you cannot see the checkboxes or you cannot check them? Are you able to do bulk actions outside of using the checkboxes?

One thing you can verify is whether you have permissions to do bulk actions.

A global permissions exists which should control that:

@Dirk Ronsmans

Thanks for the quick reply.

I mean check boxes are not appearing to perform issue operations like comment or delete.

I also verified that make bulk changes permission is already exists.

FYI, This was working fine before the upgradation.

After the upgrade we are unable to see this feature. (not able to see bulk actions on queues page)

Hi @Harinath T ,

Could you maybe let us know from what version you upgrade to what version? We might need to dive in to the release notes and open issues to see if something was broken between versions..

We created a request for this issue, hence we are following that request comments.
