I'm looking to bulk upload tickets to a Jira Service Desk project. I have tried following the instructions in this article: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/importing-data-from-csv-776636762.html
I'm unable to see the Import and Export section in Jira settings. I should have administrator access, from what I can see within the roles listed under my account in the People section of the project.
Any advice?
I found if I try to Create an issue, there is a "Import issues" button. But when I click that, I get "Accessed Denied". It's a departure from the instructions in the article I posted.
