Unable to enable the app - IssueLayout -

I am getting following error when enabling the app in JIRA.


Error: This app failed to enable. Refer to the logs for more information.

This is something they need to review.

Thanks for your response. I have raised the request with them about a week ago but didn't get a response yet. Do you know how can we expedite it? The vendor doesn't have escalation matrix as well.

I'm sorry to hear that. I haven't had any interactions with the vendor so far. This app has been developed by another vendor. Looks like it has been transfered to another partner. You could try to reach out via mail 

I barely used the app, as we tried it on a customer instance and it significantly slowed it down back then. Thats why we removed it and tried to go for workarounds.
