Hi All,
I'm new to JIRA Service Desk and we've just rolled it out into Prod.
I have a group of 5 agents inc myself that have been given access to the SD project along with being assigned a "Service Desk Team" role which has been assigned to multiple permissions from assignable users to edits issues, however there is 1 user that is still not able to edit the assigned field or add a 'customer' reply. For the other 4 agents it works fine, just not this user AND they have the same role.
I've removed roles, deleted them from the project and re-added but still it does not work. In an attempt to assign them an issue this is the error we get user.........cannot be assigned issues.
Can someone help pls.
to work on service desk tickets each user should have Jira Service Desk license.
To allow user work with service desk go to user management - users - search for a user and enable JSD access for him
