Have created a service desk project with only one Issue Type named "Service Request", this project holds a separate Screen tied to a separate Screen Scheme and separate Issue Type Screen Scheme, which are specific to this project only.
However, the Screen holds set of custom fields and other fields which JIRA supports. Also the Issue Type (Service Request) is mapped to the respective Screen. In the Screen, all fields are displayed but when I am trying to add those fields from Service Desk project >> Project Settings >> Request types >> Edit fields >> + Add a Field (here this is not displaying the entire list which the SCreen holds, 2fileds; Customer and Resolution fields are not displayed though they are present in Issue Screen)
I need these two to be pulled for the Request Type.
Below images will explain the scenario:
1) Make sure you have your custom field made available in the field configuration of "Service Request" Issue Type as shown below
2) Make the field available under Issue View of the Request Type
Now you should be able to see the field.
Thank you for the reply, but I have both fields available in Field Configuration Screen as seen below.

Got it resolved. This issue occurred due to the restriction of Custom Field set to only specific projects, I mapped the field with the required project from Custom Field >> Search Field by name >> click ellipsis (...) >> Configure >> Select Projects >> Update. Otherwise can make the field global to all projects.
