Hi Team,
We migrated to V8.16.1 and post that we are not able to add attachments into jira issues .
Steps to reproduce:
A pop up appears with HTML text as shown below and there is no further button available. We have to close the application. In the end we are not able to add any attachments

did you try with different browsers?
Yes We tried with Chrome and Microsoft edge. Same issue.
We tried drag and drop as well. Same issue.
