Hello,

I need to add an automatic email trigger to a ticket.

Event - Ticket activity such as the approaching due date (for example, the end date is 3 days away).

Action: Inform watch list members and the assigned engineer in an email that the ticket's end date is three days away.

Regards

Prashant Patil

Hi Prashant - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You can create an Automation Rule with a Scheduled trigger. Use a JQL statement that identifies the issues and then add an action for Email issue. You can place the Assignee field in the To: part of the email.

Thanks John for quick reply will try and update you the outcome.
