Hi,
I have a number of Service Desks Projects for my multiple clients. But when trying to create customer reports I have different options.
In the projects I have set a time to resolution SLA to the exact same settings.
When I go into one project
Select Reports
Create a Customer Report
My first Series is using the Series 'Time to resolution(Avg).
Then select ticket type
I go into another project
When I go into one project
Select Reports
Create a Customer Report
Do My first Series is using the Series there is not 'Time to resolution(Avg) available only resolved or other time metrics
Any idea how to add in 'Time to resolution(Avg)' time metric to a project?.

Yes, I needed to create the SLA firts and then it was available.
