We use Jira cloud and our support ticket stops creating in jira although the email has no issue. I have to now login to our support @ mailbox to look up new ticket. It stops working from about 2 hours ago and has been working before that. What can i do to fix it up?

Can you go to the email handler configuration and click on Test to see what error message it is giving?

No idea where that is. I eventually just re configurate the email to make it work. Answer is not helpful thank you.
