Hi,
I have an issue with creating tickets from Jira Customer Portal after Jira update from 8.5.1 to 8.13.7. It stuck as it is shown below.
The same issue happens also when I try to open already created tickets from customer portal:

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache? Are you having this issue in all browsers?
