In my current project,, the ticket assignee can't see the tickets assigned to them in their cusotmer portal. This problem is only in one project. We assign the ticket using the post fucntion. The Assignee gets an email starting that he is assigned the ticket,but when they try to access the ticket using the link in the mail, they are redircted to the helpcentre not the ticket. The Assignee is part of the customers related to this project.
a bit confused. In JSD the Assignee is an Agent and as such they use the JSD application to view their assigned issues not the Portal. The Portal is used by Customers to see the issues they reported as well as those they are Request participants of. if you are an agent and click on the link in the email notification indeed you will be directed to the application not the portal. if you are a Customer you will be directed to the Portal.
I'm missing something here.
