The Knowledgebase link in the customer portal is not updating, how do we fix it?

We renamed our Knowledge base space in confluence, unlinked and relinked the confluence link under Jira Project Settings>Knowledge base, then reindexed the project and the instance. The knowledgebase link on the top-right of Jira Service Desk customer portal has not updated.
