Hello,

 

How can I save templates that later I can use when using email function in the top right corner.

@Sandra Vasic welcome to the Atlassian community

Sending an email from the system admin section there is no way to save a template that can be used later. You can always save something in notepad or another external editor and then use that when you send an email the next time.
