I wanted to ask the community how you have figured out this issue.
We have automation to assign via RR to a specific group. My question is what happens if someone in this group takes a day off and we want to remove them from the rotation. Whats the best solution?

When a user is part of a group, it might not always be feasible to remove them from the group whenever they are unavailable.
One potential solution is to implement an automation rule, dubbed the 'OOO rule', which automatically reassigns any issues assigned to an individual who is out of the office (OOO) to another designated backup user, such as the group lead or manager.
This ensures that the issue remains within the group's radar. One advantage of this approach is its flexibility, as the rule can be configured on a per-project basis and easily modified as needed.
