Is there a way to disable the "Grid has been changed" - Jira Ticket Updated Mail Message?
Basically - we do not need this message - it anoying for the participants, as there is a huge Checklist in every ticket.
Background: We having a script, checking every night which checks the Checklist of every ticket for unckecked fields, since the update to 10.3.2, it seems this check triggers a "Grid has been changed, even there is no change in the Grid...
..this makes it even worser...

It is my opinion, your ask is associated with a third party add-on and it is not control or managed via out of the box of Atlassian JSM/Jira applications. I would recommend you to contact the add-on vendor for technical support.
Based on your ask, I cannot determine which add-on is this associated to it.
