We are setting up out Jira SM, and will need to have exceptions and alerts which trigger from our own systems to create a ticket within JSM. Please can you advise is it possible to set a target email address which will automatically create the ticket to include the content of the exception with a Standard plan?
I am looking at the comparison in this table and wondered if we would need Premium to automate routing from our database / servers?
Additionally, can anyone confirm if it would be possible to set automated routing rules which could then move specific requests from a company managed project to team managed projects as required?
