Support Dest - Project Default automation

Hi, 

I have an automation for closing calls running that was set up by default when creating the support desk. 

Every time it sends out the email though it is from myself and not the 'Project Lead' set up as a generic email. 

What is the difference between 'Project Lead' and 'Project Default' and how to i set the project default to be the generic account?
